the $30 amenity fee was ridiculous, especially since the pool was barely open, considering it resembled a freezing lake. i expected a welcoming treat or a room upgrade for my trouble but apparently, they don’t cater to special guests. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t get over these major letdowns!

A $30 mandatory amenity fee on top of the room charge caught us off guard, especially since the outdoor jacuzzi and pool were not available for use. The pool resembled a frozen lake, and the overall ambiance felt marred by this unexpected charge.

Just spent 4 nights in the Roma room, and wow! John and JulieAnne. Cozy vibe, lovely gardens, and the quiet location was perfect for relaxing. Wish I could stay longer, but I guess I’ll just have to come back!

villa bed and breakfast offers cozy accommodations with a lovely fireplace in the room. the breakfast options are fantastic and thoughtfully prepared. i really appreciated that the owners provided my husband with an evening sandwich while he waited for me to finish my rehearsal. it's also close to great spots for exploring.
